Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AI Assist’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services Description
AI Assist provides ethical AI consulting services, including but not limited to AI readiness assessments, ethical AI strategy development, AI education, compliance and risk management, and custom AI solutions.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided by AI Assist remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Cooperate in good faith throughout the engagement
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
Limitation of Liability
AI Assist provides consulting services based on industry best practices and our expertise. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and proprietary data. Details of our confidentiality obligations are outlined in separate non-disclosure agreements executed at the start of each engagement.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the statement of work. Early termination terms, including payment obligations, are outlined in individual service agreements.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
